Orders are subject to specific country restrictions outlined on our Deliveries page.
3.YOUR STATUS
You can purchase products if:
I. You are legally capable of entering a binding contract (typically 18 years or older).
II. You are an authorised user of the payment method used.
III. You are a resident in a country we deliver to (refer to our Deliveries page).
4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
I. Order Placement Acknowledgment:
Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email from us confirming its receipt.
Note that acknowledgment does not signify order acceptance; all orders are subject to availability and
our acceptance, which can be refused for any reason.
II. Payment Authorization:
After submitting your order, we promptly contact your bank or card issuer for payment
authorization.
Order processing occurs only upon receiving full payment.
If accepted, we confirm by sending an email, marking the start of product processing and forming
the contract between us (The "Contract").
III. Order Processing and Modification Limitations:
Once your order is placed, we initiate processing immediately.
This means changes cannot be made before delivery.
However, returns are possible under clause 8 of the terms and conditions or our Returns Policy.
IV. Product Changes:
Periodically, minor changes may be made to a product to align with evolving laws and regulatory
requirements.
V. Language and Documentation:
The terms and conditions, along with any Contract, exist solely in the English language.
We may not retain a copy of your specific Contract, emphasizing the importance of keeping your
copy of the terms, conditions, and order for future reference.
5. DELIVERY
I. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date mentioned in the Dispatch Confirmation
or, if unspecified, at the earliest opportunity based on your chosen delivery service.
Delivery will occur within 14 days of entering into the Contract.
II. If no one is available at your address for delivery, and the Products cannot be left in a
safe place or posted through your letterbox, we reserve the right to end the Contract
after three unsuccessful attempts (see clause 13).
III. Ownership of the Products transfers to you upon our delivery to the address provided,
and you assume responsibility from that point. Full payment confirms ownership.
IV. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may slightly differ. While
we strive for accurate color representation, we cannot guarantee precise matches to your computer display.
V. Please note postcode restrictions, and check your eligibility on our site. Working Days
exclude Sundays and Bank Holidays.
VI. To dispute delivery, you have 28 days from the carrier day and tracking status update, We may request evidence before refunding the price paid and any associated delivery costs.
6. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Ordering Products for delivery outside the UK may incur import duties and taxes upon
reaching the destination.
We lack control over these charges, and their amount is unpredictable.
You are responsible for payment of any incurred import duties and taxes.
Prior to placing your order, contact your local customs office for accurate information.
7. Compliance with Local Laws:
When ordering for international delivery, you must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
We bear no liability if you violate any such laws.
Product Returns from Outside the UK:
If you return Products to us from a destination outside the UK, ensure the return parcel is clearly
marked with & quot;Return to supplier or similar wording.
This helps facilitate the return process and ensures proper handling upon arrival.
8. PRICE AND PAYMENT
I. Product prices, in pounds sterling (GBP), are as displayed on our site. VAT is included, but
delivery charges are separate and shown during checkout.
II. Prices may change without notice, but accepted orders wont be affected. VAT
adjustments may apply if it changes post-order.
III. Payment methods accepted: debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal (Visa, VISA
Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express).
IV. We may end the Contract for obvious pricing errors, refunding sums paid and requiring
product return.
V. Apply voucher codes during checkout; up to five codes per order. We may decline invalid
or expired codes.
9. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT (EEA CUSTOMERS ONLY)
EEA Customer Contract Cancellation Procedure:
Cancellation Right Overview:
As an EEA consumer, you have the legal right to cancel a Contract within 14 days of receiving the
Products, unless delivered in multiple parts. For split deliveries, the period extends to 14 days after
receiving the last part.
Cancellation Process (Clause 8.1):
To cancel under clause 8.1, communicate your decision within the specified timeframe.

Exceptions to Cancellation Right (Clause 8.1):
The right to cancel under clause 8.1 doesn't apply to products lacking an intact seal.
Cancellation After Product Dispatch:
If you cancel under clause 8.1 after product dispatch, you must return the Products.
Send the Products back within 14 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Refer to our Returns Policy
for detailed return instructions.
Responsibility for Product Return:
If using a method other than our nominated carriers (accessible through our UK returns service),
you are responsible for the Products until we receive them.
This includes liability for any loss or damage during the return process.
10.RETURNS
1. As an alternative to using your rights under clause 8.1, you may wish to return an item using our
UK returns service. For further information on returns please see our Returns Policy.
2. If you choose to return the Products using any method other than one of our nominated carriers
(available via our UK returns service), you will remain responsible for the Products, including for any
loss or damage, until we receive them.
3. Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are
suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you
are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you
ordered, or if we suspect that you have not returned items to us and/or have provided us with
counterfeit proof of return, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and
any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve
made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.
11. YOUR RIGHT FOR A REFUND (UK AND EEA CUSTOMERS ONLY)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA and cancel your Contract under clause 8.1, we will:
Refund the Product price, with potential reduction for any decrease in value due to handling
beyond what is acceptable in a shop.
Refund charges for Product delivery, up to the least expensive method offered to your destination.
Issue refunds using your original payment method:
14 days after we receive the Products back, or
In the case of services, 14 days after you notify us of Contract cancellation.
If you return Products using a method other than our nominated carriers, you are responsible for the
Products until we receive them, and we are not liable for refunds if the Products are not received or
are damaged in transit. Contact the carrier for assistance in such circumstances.
12. FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you are a consumer, we are legally obligated to supply Products in conformity with the Contract.
Your legal rights regarding faulty or mis-described Products remain unaffected. Notify us of any
faulty or mis-described Product using the contact details in clause 8.2. If discovered after 14 days, we
may request evidence, such as images of the defect, before issuing refunds.
13. OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
We may terminate the Contract by notifying you in writing if:
You fail to make a due payment.
You do not provide necessary information within a reasonable time.
You do not allow us to deliver the Products within a reasonable time.
We may also terminate the Contract under the circumstances outlined in clause 7.5 or clause 7.6. In
such cases, we will refund any pre-paid amount for undelivered Products, deducting reasonable
compensation for costs incurred due to your Contract breach.
14. OUR LIABILITY
We are liable for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our breach or failure to exercise
reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for unforeseeable loss or damage. Our Products are
intended for domestic and private use; thus, we are not liable for commercial, business, or resale
use, including loss of profit, business interruption, or business opportunity. Our liability remains
unaffected for death, personal injury, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter where
liability exclusion is prohibited by law.
15. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under a Contract due to
an Event Outside Our Control, defined as any act, event, omission, or accident beyond our
reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will notify you promptly, and our obligations will be
suspended until the Event Outside Our Control concludes. You may cancel a Contract affected by an
Event Outside Our Control if substantial delay is anticipated. To cancel under this clause, please
contact us using the details in clause 8.2.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We or our licensors own all Intellectual Property Rights in the Products, and all such rights are
reserved.
17. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
Your consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
We will contact you in writing or by telephone using the details provided in your order unless
specified otherwise.
Changes to terms and conditions may occur, and the version displayed on our site during your order
placement applies to your Contract.
We may transfer rights and obligations to another organisation, ensuring it wont affect your
Contract rights.
Transferring your rights or obligations requires written agreement from us.
The Contract is between you and us; no other person can enforce its terms.
Each paragraph operates separately; if one is deemed unlawful, others remain effective.
Our failure to enforce or delay in enforcing rights does not waive them unless stated in writing.
These terms are governed by English law; for consumer Contracts, English law applies unless
overridden by your country and laws.
Consumer disputes submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts, while non-consumers
submit to exclusive jurisdiction.
